Our team has developed a variety of test adaptors and test stations for the use of testing RF circuit assemblies and microwave sub-assemblies. Some of the examples of our designs include a complete six-sided metal enclosure that is sealed with EMI shielded gaskets and RF silicone to effectively isolate the UUT (unit under test) from electromagnetic interference. The designs that we have developed for RF functional test fixtures incorporate semi-rigid triple-shield coax tensolite cables, rigid coax cables characterized by a lab, and other specialized features required for use with RF circuit assemblies.
