At EMC Technologies, we have created a team of highly trained, skilled, and experienced engineers who have worked together to develop various test adapters and test stations for testing complex unit under test solutions. Test stations developed explicitly for testing radiofrequency RF circuit assemblies and microwave sub-assemblies have become one of our specialties. The techniques and strategies that our team has created for these designs have included a complete six-sided metal enclosure sealed with EMI-shielded gaskets and RF silicone to isolate the unit under test from any type of electromagnetic interference (EMI) effects. We are proud of the work that we have done in this area, as well as our custom PCB test fixtures and discretely wired fixtures. In addition to the work that we have done with radiofrequency RF circuit assemblies, we have also had experience working with RF power sensors and rotary switches, as well as coax switches. Many of our designs have incorporated semi-rigid triple shielded coax tensolite cables and rigid coax cables, which were characterized by lab. SMA and BNC connectors, printed circuit boards (PCBs) fabricated with Rogers Material, matched impedance traces in PCB design, and a variety of other innovative solutions have become par for the course at EMC Technologies. Our team has also taken on the custom design and manufacture of wage guide adapters for the many different and complex radiofrequency (RF) applications that we have undertaken over the years.
