Our design team has also developed a variety of test adapters and test stations for the testing of radiofrequency (RF) circuit assemblies and microwave sub-assemblies. The techniques and strategies that we employ for these functional test fixtures include dynamic designs with complete six-sided metal enclosures sealed with EMI-shielded gaskets and RF silicone to isolate the unit under test (UUT) from electromagnetic interference. Our designs have also incorporated the use of semi-rigid triple-shielded coax tensolite cables, rigid coax cables, SMA and BNC connectors, and PCBs fabricated with Rogers Material. Radiofrequency rotary switches, RF power sensors, coax switches, and matched impedance traces in PCB design are also some of the custom elements that we have included in the specialized custom functional testing projects we have undertaken.
