The design team at EMC Technologies has developed a variety of test adaptors and test stations for testing RF circuit assemblies and microwave sub-assemblies.

Techniques and strategies for these designs include a complete 6-sided metal enclosure, sealed with EMI shielded gaskets, and RF silicone, to isolate the UUT from electromagnetic interference.

EMC Tech's designs have incorporated semi-rigid triple shielded coax (tensolite cables), rigid coax cables (characterized by lab), SMA and BNC connectors, matched impedance traces in PCB design, PCBs fabricated with Rogers Material, RF rotary switches, RF power sensors, and coax switches. EMC Technologies has also custom designed and built wage guide adapters for the many RF applications we have undertaken.
