RF Circuit Assemblies
A complete six-sided metal enclosure sealed with EMI-shielded gaskets and RF silicone is utilized as one of the custom text fixtures and tactics to suit these particular designs in order to shield the device under test from electromagnetic interference. The usage of semi-rigid triple shielded coax tensolite cables and stiff cox cables, which are distinguished by lab, has been included into some of our designs for RF test adapters and other radiofrequency functional test fixtures. Along with SMA and BNC connections, matched impedance traces, PCBs made with Rogers Material, RF rotary switches, RF power sensors, and coax switches, we have also employed them in printed circuit board design.
