Our advanced machine shop features CNC milling centers, knee-mills, lathes, drilling equipment, and sheet metal brakes. By having all of this machinery at our fingertips, we have the unique ability to fabricate nearly any machined part, from simple aluminum pieces to extremely complicated, tight tolerance parts. Our team can perform prototyping in-house or run high-volume parts production to help our clients meet their time-to-market requirements effectively and efficiently. Our services can also support a full turn-key project that includes support from our engineering services and assembly, as well as “build to print” machined prototypes. Designs can be created directly from the customer’s requirements or developed entirely by EMC professional design services staff. PCB designs are available in either Allegro or PADS format to best meet the needs of our clients. We utilize the design and manufacture of printed circuit boards as an integral component of the interface test adapter (ITA) for many different reasons, all with the benefit of our clients in mind. Some of those reasons might include improving signal integrity and repeatability to reduce debugging time or to create faster, less expensive exact duplicates of ITAs.
