Electro Mechanical Technician 4

Position Overview
The Electro Mechanical Assembler is responsible for performing advanced electro mechanical assembly while also providing day to day leadership to the assembly team. This position oversees workflow, assigns tasks, monitors quality, and acts as the primary technical resource for complex builds and troubleshooting activities. The Assembler partners closely with engineering, quality, and production management to ensure efficient operations, consistent output, and adherence to all safety and quality standards.

Position Overview
The Production Electro Mechanical Assembler is responsible for performing advanced level assembly, wiring, integration, and testing of complex electro mechanical systems. This role requires expert knowledge of assembly methods, electrical principles, mechanical integration, and diagnostic testing. The assembler works with limited supervision, provides technical guidance to the team, supports engineering in prototype builds, and plays a key role in quality assurance, process improvement, and troubleshooting production issues.
